Uniforms, music, band camp, bus trips, meals and snacks on 'contest' days, and additional training are only a few of the costs your child incurs. Are you looking for a way to pay off those nagging Band Fees or that trip to Summer Band Camp? The Band Boosters are here to assist you with a variety of creative fundraising ideas and volunteer opportunities that will help you to offset your child's band expenses. Please volunteer your time and talents and help us to help you with these required band expenses.

SodexHo: Information and Procedure Guide for Vending and Concession Stands.
Sodexho is a fundraiser available to WHS marching band/color guard students and their parents and involves working concession stands during sports events and concerts at the Schottenstein Center. Transportation will be provided to and from most events. Our group is assigned a concession stand at the Schott in which we prepare and sell food items to guests. There is NO vending involved! The guests come to us instead of us hauling products around. The products will include soda, water, nachos, popcorn, hot dogs, pizza, sandwiches etc. Some events do involve selling alcohol. The pay includes $40.00 per person for concession stands and $6.50 per hours per person for a cart. The money is deposited directly into each student's account to be used towards various expenses for band and color guard.
ScripS Program
Purchasing Gift Certificates is a great way to earn money for your student's account without spending any extra money! Your student will earn a percentage of the gift certificate purchased and that will be applied to their individual accounts to help offset your student's band expenses. Do you purchase food at the grocery store? Will you be giving certificates as holiday gifts? Do you dine out at restaurants locally? Do your kids need "fast-food" money? If YES, use SCRIP Program gift certificates!
SELL Anthony Thomas Chocolate bars
Sell Anthony Thomas Candy bars for $1.00 each to friends, family, co-workers! .50 cents from each candy bar you sell will go towards your students band fees. It's that easy!

New accounts: First time orders: Limit 2 bags. Choose from crunch, almond, peanut butter and caramel. Each bag contains 24 candy bars.
Gordon Food Service (GFS)
Shop Gordon Food Service on Rome-Hilliard Road this month and use your Fun Fund Card. They have some good specials going on. Keep using your card and receive special coupons and flyers in the mail. Need to sign up? Get a membership form at the next booster meeting. Remember there is no additional cost to you and membership is FREE. The band earns a 5-10% rebate when you purchase FUN FUND items.
Graduation Banners
Dave Cline, the owner of Cut In Stone, is accepting orders for Graduation banners. They are high quality and heavy duty. He can print most anything, including pictures on the banners. He will make a donation to the Band Boosters for every banner sold. We will have order forms at the Band Booster meetings. Athletic Perfection - Letter Jackets
Buy yourschool 'letter' jacket at Athletic Perfection, 3504 Broadway, Grove City, 875-3400, and they will support the band by giving $10 back to the Boosters General Fund.
